ArcoAgritecture will become a hub for research and training in innovative food production techniques while reducing environmental impacts. We feel since our focus will be to not only provide food but seek to educate people to the benefits of growing their own food, and do it in the unique setting that is Arcosanti,it would be best to form our business as  a non-profit.

ArcoAgritecture is a small scale farm growing in greenhouse, planter beds, fields and micro greens.

Sustainable practices

Small-scale farming is a natural outgrowth of sustainable agriculture, which is essentially agriculture that produces abundant food without depleting the earth's resources or polluting its environment.


Grown at Arcosanti

Microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed.  This aspect of ArcoAgritecture is in development and creation physically at this time.



As a volunteer at ArcoAgritecture you will have a daily hands on experience in all aspects of the farming.  It is a broad spectrum experience.
